How can I make a purchase?

All available pieces can be purchased on this website, which is restocked monthly with one-of-a-kind pieces that are ready to ship. Check out my Instagram bio for the next restock date & time the items will go live!


How can I see what will be available during your next restock?

Before the restock goes live, all items will be available to preview on this website with photos & details, such as size & cost. Generally, I try to have the preview available at least 6 hours prior to the restock.


Are items saved in your cart when shopping?

Items are NOT saved or reserved in your cart. They are only claimed once your checkout is fully complete. Go for your favorite item(s) first! If you place multiple orders to the same address, be sure to use the code COMBINE in the discount section at checkout on your subsequent purchases. This is the only way to avoid multiple shipping charges. 


What's the fastest way to checkout during a restock?

The quickest way to checkout during a restock is using either PayPal or Apple Pay. Keep in mind, most browsers now include an autofill feature that you can enable to automatically fill out the fields at checkout. If you have autofill set up in your browser, checkout will be much faster!


I'm placing multiple orders that are shipping to the same address. How do I avoid multiple shipping charges?

If you place multiple orders shipping to the same address, be sure to use the code COMBINE in the discount section at checkout on your subsequent purchases. This is the only way to avoid multiple shipping charges. Unfortunately, I'm unable to refund individual shipping charges due to the payment processing restraints.


Are your hearts sold separately or in sets?

My mini wood burned hearts are sold separately so you can choose the exact phrase & color you're interested in. Each heart is hand drawn, hand cut, wood burned, painted, and finished with a varnish. So much love goes into each & every one!


Can I order ahead of the restock date?

All orders must be placed during the restock due to the limited amount & one-of-a-kind nature of my pieces. 


Do you take custom orders?

Generally speaking, I do not take custom orders unless I make a specific Instagram or Facebook post about availability.


Where do you ship to?

I currently ship to the US, Canada, & UK. 


How long does shipping take?

After purchase, items are packaged & ready to ship within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted (e.g. custom orders). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has shipped. For US residents, items are sent by either USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the package. USPS states that First Class & Priority Mail should arrive within 1-5 business days once shipped.
Orders shipping to Canada & UK are typically sent via USPS First Class Mail International, which generally takes between 7-21 business days to arrive, although USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Please note, the receiver will be responsible for payment of duties, taxes and fees.
Please double check your shipping address before you submit your order. If the address is incorrect, please contact me immediately. Once a package leaves the studio, I am unable to make changes to the address. Please note, I am not responsible for any damage that happens to packages after they are shipped, or for shipping carrier delivery issues.
